Cleaning Supervisor

Are you an experienced leader with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence? We are looking for a hands-on Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a busy industrial facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can motivate and develop teams, and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and service delivery.

As the Industrial Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with site requirements, and supporting your team to achieve outstanding results. Full training will be provided on specialized equipment and site-specific processes.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading and supporting a team of industrial cleaning staff across the site.

- Planning daily work schedules and allocating resources effectively.

- Monitoring cleaning quality and conducting routine audits.

- Ensuring compliance with all workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements.

- Working alongside the team when required, demonstrating a strong safety-first approach.

- Providing training, coaching, and ongoing support to team members.

- Managing inventory levels, including cleaning chemicals, PPE, and consumables.

- Completing operational reports, inspections,



timesheets, and incident records.

- Building positive relationships with site management and responding to operational needs.

- Operating company vehicles as required (current driver's licence essential).

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a supervisory, leading hand, or team leader position within cleaning, industrial services, facilities management, or a similar industry.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and support a team.

- A strong focus on workplace health and safety and proactive risk management.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Robust organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

- Physical fitness suitable for working within an industrial environment.

- A current driver's licence (essential).

- Availability to commence immediately.
