About the Role
This full-time apprenticeship blends formal training with invaluable hands-on experience. Reporting through to the Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Learn to perform diverse mechanical work under the close guidance of qualified tradespeople.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance and production personnel to deliver 'best outcome' solutions.
- Rapidly advance your technical trade skills in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Certificate: Minimum year 10 completion.
- Strong aptitude in Mathematics and English.
- Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high focus on workplace safety and operational protocols.
- High motivation to learn, adapt, and develop complex current skills.
- Certificate II in Engineering and/or relevant mechanical/trade work experience is highly regarded for this position.
