The client is a successful national business to recruit a Sales Coordinator to support a high-performing sales team. This is a varied role that will see you working across customer service, sales support, CRM management, quotations, event coordination and stakeholder engagement. What you'll be doing

- Managing customer enquiries and ensuring prompt follow-up

- Preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation (this is around 50% or more of the role!)

- Maintaining accurate customer and sales records within Salesforce and CRM systems

- Supporting lead generation and customer engagement activities

- Coordinating customer events, training sessions and demonstrations

- Assisting with presentations, reporting and sales administration

- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Providing day-to-day support to a busy and cooperative sales team

What we're looking for

You'll likely come from a background in:

- Sales Coordination

- Sales Support

You'll also bring:

- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Excellent administration and organisational abilities

- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
