About the role

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be the welcoming face of F&B;, delivering helpful, thoughtful and engaging experiences for every guest. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing F&B; operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery, with your north star being the creation of memorable guest experiences. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead and support your team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand excellence. This role will primarily focus on the breakfast team, encompassing responsibilities across the Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events. Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards

- Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high performance

- Ensure personalised service, handle guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction

- Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and control costs to optimize profitability

- Drive upselling initiatives, monitor sales performance, and support revenue targets

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the restaurant

- Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery

- Ensure that all food safety standards are met

- Arrange and attend management meetings and offer constructive feedback





- Manage break times and allocation of work for team members, ensuring clarity on duties and relevant regulations

About you

- Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role, or strong experience in an F&B; service role

- Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English, with the ability to engage professionally with guests and team members, both face-to-face and over email

- Genuine passion for Hospitality and motivated to grow career within F&B;

- Strong skills in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges efficiently, even during busy moments

- Well-presented, organised, and calm, with a positive attitude and knack for staying composed in energetic situations

- Ability to work around a 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) card

- High level of cocktail experience and knowledge

- Cash handling and Electronic Ordering Systems experience
