In this dynamic role you will be responsible for owning the CT, MRI, X-Ray and Women's Health modality portfolio, accountable for the portfolio's commercial success and business performance. What you'll be doing:

- Portfolio Strategy, Business Planning & Market Development: own the strategy and business plans, ensuring execution, develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps, review performance against plans to ensure revenue growth and develop market share.
- Commercial Performance, Forecasting & Inventory Planning: maintain product and sales forecasts by modality, provide purchasing and inventory plans, monitor inventory, excess/ageing stock and end-of-life exposure.
- Supplier, Stakeholder & Customer Management: act as the primary product interface for assigned modalities, set clear supplier priorities, develop productive relationships with customers, KOLs, clinical stakeholders and industry partners.
- Market Intelligence, Competitive Analysis & Product Lifecycle Management: own product lifecycle management, maintain current intelligence on market size and direction, translate market and competitive analysis into recommendations for the business.
- Product Launch, Market Development & Sales Enablement: lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution, deliver/coordinate product training for internal teams,



support strategic sales opportunities, customer presentations, demonstrations, site visits, etc. where product expertise is required.

What we're looking for:

- Tertiary qualification within an applicable field (Business, Marketing, Science, Medical Imaging, etc).
- Commercial experience in product management, product marketing, sales, applications or business roles within healthcare technology, medical devices or capital equipment.
- Demonstrated experience managing a complex product portfolio, including business planning, forecasting, pricing, launches and lifecycle management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across sales, service, operations and clinical functions.
- Strong project management, prioritisation and execution skills across multiple concurrent product streams.
