SENIOR BARBER — FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME

IV Barbers | Docklands, Melbourne

$30–35/hr + super + monthly bonuses

We’re looking for a confident barber to join our premium Docklands studio in either a full-time or part-time position.

At IV Barbers, we offer something becoming harder to find in the industry — stability, consistency, and genuine work/life balance.

No chair rental stress.

No commission pressure.

No fighting for walk-ins.

No burnout culture.

Just a calm, appointment-based environment with an established clientele and a supportive long-term team.

We’ve created a luxury grooming space focused on quality over volume, where both clients and staff feel looked after.

What we offer:

• Above award wages

• Super paid on top

• Monthly KPI bonuses

• Consistent bookings and stable hours

• Premium professional clientele

• Relaxed appointment-based service

• Luxury Docklands studio close to public transport

• No middle management

Ideally,

applicants will have at least 2 years of barbering experience and confidence in:

• Modern barbering

• Scissor work and fades

• Client consultation

• Qualified presentation

• Creating a premium client experience

However, if you feel you may not yet have the full experience but have the right attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion to learn, we’d still love to hear from you.

We understand not everyone thrives in fast-paced “quick in, quick out” shop environments. For the right person wanting a slower, more considered pace, training and support can be provided.

This role suits someone wanting consistency, stability, and a healthier pace away from high-pressure shop environments.

To apply, please apply via SEEK or contact Andy on 0433 071 ***.

Please note: overseas applications and sponsorship opportunities are not available for this position.
