Retail Sales Person – Workwear, PPE & Safety (Full Time)

About the Role

Bolton's Office National Bendigo is seeking a motivated and organised Retail Sales Person – Workwear, PPE & Safety to join our growing team.

This is a fast-paced and hands-on role combining retail sales, customer service, order processing and internal sales support for our Workwear & Safety Business Development team. You will work with both retail customers and B2B clients, supporting everything from individual purchases through to large workwear and uniform orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality retail sales and customer service in Workwear, PPE & Safety

- Assist customers with workwear fittings, sizing and product selection

- Process sales orders, quotes and invoices accurately

- Support B2B customers and commercial workwear accounts

- Assist with uniform programs and bulk workwear orders

- Coordinate and manage multiple orders and sales projects simultaneously

- Maintain accurate order tracking, follow-up and customer communication

- Support merchandising, stock control and store presentation

- Work closely with the external sales / business development team

- Provide sales support to Bolton's other retail categories.

About You

- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service or internal sales support

- Minimum of 2+ years retail sales experience required

- Experience in workwear, clothing,



apparel or safety products (highly regarded)

- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage high order volumes

- Excellent attention to detail with a process-driven mindset

- Confident working with both retail and B2B customers

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- A genuine interest in workwear, PPE, uniforms and safety equipment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

- Must be an Australian permanent resident
