About the Position Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Oral Health Therapist (OHT) to join our clients' team in a flexible casual role offering outstanding earning potential and genuine lifestyle flexibility.

Prefer to work just a couple of days per week? Looking to maximise your earnings over four or five days? Interested in weekend shifts that leave your weekdays available for travel, hobbies or personal commitments?

With opportunities available across Monday to Sunday, this position gives you the ability to discuss a working pattern that suits your availability.

You'll also enjoy the freedom to manage your own clinical appointments, supported by a dedicated Dental Assistant who helps keep your working day running smoothly.

Your clinical duties will include:

- Conducting routine dental check-ups and comprehensive oral health assessments
- Performing professional cleans, scaling and preventive dental treatments
- Providing patient education on oral hygiene and long-term dental health
- Delivering individually tailored preventive care
- Managing patient appointments independently
- Creating positive, comfortable experiences for patients
- Working with a supportive team focused on delivering excellent dental care

General Dentists with relevant experience are also welcome to apply, with remuneration based on their clinical background.
Key Requirements

- Relevant Oral Health Therapy qualification




- Current AHPRA registration without restrictions
- Confidence conducting independent examinations, cleans and preventive treatments
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Qualified, positive and self-motivated approach
- Ability to deliver high-quality patient care with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a dental team
- Availability for 2–5 days per week, including optional weekend opportunities
- Immediate availability advantageous
