At Ramsey Bros, we work alongside farmers to make technology work harder for their operations. From precision guidance and digital displays to autonomy, sensors and whole-farm connectivity, we help customers get more from their machinery, data and technology.

We also operate Ram Net, South Australia’s largest and most advanced precision guidance network, giving our team the opportunity to work with a broad range of technology across multiple machinery brands.

We’re looking for a Sales & Technical Support Consultant to join our growing Integrated Technologies team.

We’re open to different backgrounds. You might already have experience in Precision Ag, or you could bring a technical background, a knack for problem-solving and an interest in how technology can make a difference in agriculture. Your experience matters, but we’re equally interested in your potential, attitude and the value you can bring to the team.

What you’ll be doing

- Helping farmers find the right technology for their operation.
- Supporting customers with setting up and using their technology.
- Troubleshooting issues and helping customers find solutions.
- Working with a range of machinery brands and precision ag systems.
- Learning new technology and working with the wider team to support customers.

What we’re looking for

We’re not expecting you to know it all. We’re looking for someone who’s willing to learn, enjoys a challenge and has the right attitude.

You might have a background in agriculture, machinery, IT,



electronics or another technical field. What matters most is that you:

- Enjoy working with technology and figuring out how things work.
- Are comfortable with computers or keen to build your skills.
- Have a practical, hands-on approach to solving problems.
- Enjoy working with people and helping customers.
- Can work independently while being part of a team.
- Have an interest in agriculture and new technology.

Experience with Precision Ag systems such as Topcon, Trimble or CNH is valuable, but it’s not the only pathway into this role. If you’ve got transferable skills and the willingness to learn, we’d like to hear from you.
