Full-Time Commercial Cleaner – Pathway to Operations Manager

Tooclean Services is looking for a reliable, hands-on full-time cleaner to join our growing Brisbane business.

This role is suited to someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term career. You will begin by completing commercial cleaning and builders’ cleans, with the opportunity to progress into an Operations Manager position as the business grows.

Your responsibilities

- Complete scheduled commercial cleaning across Brisbane
- Assist with builders’ cleans and specialist cleaning projects
- Follow site instructions and complete all work to a high standard
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Report maintenance, supply and staffing issues
- Help train and support other cleaners as your role develops
- Assist with quality checks, staff scheduling and daily operations
- Continue completing hands-on cleaning work while progressing into management

What we are looking for

You must be:

- Punctual, honest and hard-working
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Thorough, with strong attention to detail
- Physically capable of completing commercial and builders’ cleaning




- Comfortable communicating with clients and cleaners
- Willing to take responsibility and help grow the business
- Available for full-time work, including some early mornings and evenings

Essential requirements

- Current White Card
- Current driver’s licence
- Your own reliable vehicle during the three-month probation period
- The ability to travel between sites across Brisbane and surrounding areas
- Full Australian working rights

Cleaning experience is preferred; however, full training will be provided to the right person with a strong attitude and work ethic.
