We’re a growing Sydney sales and marketing company operating across two face-to-face sales divisions, representing established Australian not-for-profit organisations through customer acquisition and community fundraising campaigns.

As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, your day begins with training and preparation at our Surry Hills office before heading into different Sydney locations with your team.

You’ll meet current people, build genuine rapport and communicate the work and impact of our not-for-profit partners, helping inspire suitable customers to become ongoing supporters.

It’s an active, social and performance-focused sales role with clear goals, daily coaching and immediate feedback on your development.

What you’ll receive

- $73K–$90K base salary, depending on experience and progression

- Uncapped weekly commissions and performance bonuses

- $110K–$150K OTE for consistent performers

- Fully paid training from your first day

- Daily coaching and practical communication development

- Full-time Monday–Friday hours

- Shorter Fridays and no weekend work required
