- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Confidence in managing kitchen operations when the Head Chef is away
- Ability to lead, train, and support kitchen staff
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Creativity with menu development and specials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
