About the Role:

As our Educational Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our centre's educational philosophy and practices. You'll guide and mentor educators to deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practices

- Mentor and coach educators to foster professional growth and innovation

- Collaborate with the Centre Director and team to achieve educational goals

- Champion inclusion, diversity, and positive learning outcomes for all children

- Monitor and enhance the quality of programs through regular assessments

About You:





- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Diploma qualified (ACECQA approved)

- At least 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting with demonstrated leadership

- Previous experience in a formal Educational Leader role or team leadership position is required

- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child development

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- A passion for inspiring others and building strong, collaborative teams

- Valid Working with Children Check

- Australian work authorisation is required for this position
