What we offer

· $75,000–$95,000 per year (full-time), based on skills and experience.

· $2,500 Referral bonus.

What will you be doing?

· Installing and constructing fences, walls and barriers across a range of projects.

· Assisting with site preparation, setting out and general fencing duties.

· Using tools and equipment safely and correctly.

· Working with the team to deliver efficient, high-quality work.

· Travelling to job sites as required and keeping worksites safe and organised.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for skilled, experienced, hands-on people with practical knowledge, strong technical ability, a great work ethic and a positive attitude.



We value fencing experience and transferable skills from construction, carpentry, fabrication, welding, agriculture and other practical trades equally.

Essential requirements:

· Hands on tradesman — Minimum 2 x year’s experience using tools and equipment and applying high-quality outcomes.

· Robust work ethic — reliable, punctual and proud of the job you do.

· Positive attitude — a supportive team player who communicates openly.

· Quality and initiative — resourceful, solution-focused and committed to doing things properly.

· Safety and growth — looks after people and equipment, welcomes feedback and wants to keep improving.

· Travel – Willing to travel and stay for extended periods in various locations.

Desirable requirements:

· Experience in either – Fencing, Building, Welding and Machinery operations.

· Competent – Using mobile job management systems and apps.

· Health & Safety – Able to acknowledge, be directed and apply safety measures.

· Personal attribute – Physically fit, Presents well, Enjoys the outdoors and Highly Respectful.
