Five years in, you're the one everyone asks. Who do you ask?

Here, the OT, psychologist, behaviour support practitioner, physio, EP and dietitian are in the same building as you. Not at another branch, not on the end of an email chain. When you want another set of eyes on a client, you walk down the hall.

We are Flex Allied Health in Liverpool. Established in 2017 and turning 10 next year. Nine disciplines, 18+ clinicians, one site, NDIS registered. Demand for speech keeps growing, which is why this role exists.

Every clinic ad says the culture is good, so here is what ours actually looks like

- You build your own caseload. Being senior doesn't mean every hard case lands on your list. We see paeds, adults and everything in between, and you choose the mix. Tell us where you're strongest and what you want more of, and we build around it.

- You'll work for a clinician, not an investor. Flex was founded and is still run by Aba Daoud, a practising physiotherapist with 13 years on the tools and a former associate lecturer at UTS. He still treats every week, so when you raise a clinical issue, he understands it. You won't be managed as a billing number.

- Your career doesn't stall here. We're growing, with a speech team of four from current grads up. If you want to step into leadership, there's room. If you want to go deeper clinically, nine disciplines under one roof will stretch you.

- You don't walk into an initial blind. Every new client goes through our intake process and is screened before an initial is booked. Admin handles bookings and correspondence, so your time goes on clinical work.





- You won't be writing reports at 9pm for free. Notes, reports and travel sit inside your paid hours, not on top of them.

- Your days are negotiable. Two days alongside the job you already have is fine. Full time is fine. Starting on two and building up is fine.

And yes, after-work BBQs that people actually turn up to.

The work

We see a real range here, from straightforward to complex. Here's what comes through our door:

- Paeds: language, articulation, CAS, ASD and AAC, including many NDIS participants

- Adults: stroke, ABI, vocational literacy and swallowing assessments

You choose your mix. Your reports need to stand up at plan review.

You'll need a licence and a car.

Who this is for

5+ years post-qualification and current SPA CPSP. Whether your strength is paeds, adults or both, there's a caseload here for you. You can run it without someone checking on you, and your reports hold up. If you're earlier in your career, this one isn't the right fit, and we'd rather tell you upfront.

The money and the paperwork

$110,000 to $125,000 plus super, pro rata. You'll also need WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, a police check, First Aid/CPR and your own PII. We are a child-safe organisation.
