We are on the lookout for a senior lawyer (senior associate, special counsel or other senior practitioner) with more than five years of practice to join our team.

Our firm is plaintiff only, however defendant experience is welcome.

We will provide you with supervision of matters by our Directors, a highly competitive salary based on your experience and skills, and a serious and engaging, but also a fun and rewarding environment. You will be supported by a skilled law clerk and various other business functions.

At Blumers, we take work life balance culture seriously and have a constant eye on solicitor file load. While we highly value an in office set up, flexibility is available where needed. As well as this, files are supervised in a way that make taking leave and disconnecting properly, a reality.

What can you offer? We are looking for you to have drive, energy and enthusiasm, hold a legal practicing certificate, excellent communication skills and a friendly, skilled and approachable nature. If you have any medical or science background, that can be quite helpful, but not essential.
