Job DescriptionAlliance Nursing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to work across leading public and private hospitals in Western Australia. The successful candidates will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical teams and ensure safe and effective nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Monitor and document patients' clinical conditions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Respond to changes in patients' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Follow hospital policies, clinical guidelines and infection control procedures.
- Applicants must currently be based in Perth/Australia

Essential Requirements





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 12 months of relevant nursing experience.
- Recent acute hospital experience in General Medical, Surgical, ED or ICU.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Current mandatory training and compliance documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital workplace.
