About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Consultant who thrives on autonomy. We believe in empowering our team, which means we do not micromanage. We need a reliable professional who can step onto the showroom floor, use their common sense, and work independently (with support) to get things done.

From day one, you will play a major role in our store's success by delivering exceptional service and helping our valued customers—including occupational therapists and carers—find tailored bedding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage & Consult: Warmly welcome showroom visitors, listen to their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.

- Work Independently: Use initiative and common sense to manage daily store operations, housekeeping, and stock retrieval.

- Product Expertise: Maintain a strong knowledge of our range to confidently demonstrate product features and benefits.

- Sales Support:



Process cash/card transactions accurately, manage orders, and coordinate delivery arrangements.

- Showroom Excellence: Take pride in the store's visual appeal by assisting with merchandising and displays.

What We Are Looking For:

- Retail Experience: Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role is essential.

- Industry Edge: Prior experience in the bedding or furnishings sector is highly preferred.

- Autonomy & Drive: A self-motivated individual who possesses strong problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to easily build rapport with our local clientele.

- Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible casual schedule, including essential weekend shifts.
