About the Role

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, providing tailored private banking, lending and wealth solutions. You'll have dedicated 1:1 support from a Private Banking Assistant, allowing you to focus on building client relationships, growing your portfolio and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an established HNW/UHNW client portfolio
- Deliver tailored private banking, lending and wealth solutions
- Structure complex credit facilities and bespoke lending arrangements
- Generate new business through referrals and professional networks
- Partner with credit, investment and risk teams to deliver client outcomes

Skills & Experience

- RG146 certification
- Proven experience managing and growing HNW client portfolios




- Background in private banking, wealth or commercial lending
- Strong credit knowledge and commercial judgement
- Proven relationship management and business development capability
- Confidence managing complex client needs with discretion
