Patient Services Administrator | Tailored Plastic Surgery, Caulfield North

Tailored Plastic Surgery is a boutique specialist practice in Caulfield North, offering cosmetic, reconstructive, skin cancer and hand surgery. We’re known for personalised, ethical care, and our front-of-house team is central to that. They are often the first people our patients speak to, and they help every patient feel welcomed, informed and supported from their first enquiry through to recovery.

We’re looking for an experienced Patient Services Administrator to join our small, close-knit team. You’ll manage reception and patient administration, support our clinical team day to day, and help with marketing.

About you

- You have experience working in a medical practice (essential). Surgical or specialist rooms experience is a plus.

- You’re confident with Medicare, private health funds and medical appointment workflows.

- You’re a genuine team player who brings warmth, discretion and care to every interaction.





- You’re organised and detail-focused, and you’re comfortable in a busy clinical environment.

About the role

- This is a full-time role, but we welcome applicants available a minimum of three days a week.

- The role is in office at our Caulfield North rooms. It can’t be done remotely.

- Pay is above award under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award (Medical Administrator).

- The role starts in January 2027, with paid training beginning in December 2026.
