Based in Waverley, we service residential, strata, real estate and commercial clients throughout Sydney.

We’re now developing a dedicated plumbing sales and service segment—and we’re looking for an experienced sales plumber to help drive it forward.

This is a new focus within our business. You’ll contribute ideas, help establish our sales and follow-up routines, and make a visible difference as this segment grows.

The role combines sales, quoting and hands-on maintenance. Some jobs you’ll diagnose, sell and complete yourself. Others will require a detailed scope and a clear handover to the team.

What you’ll do

- Diagnose properly:



Find the cause of plumbing issues and recommend suitable, compliant solutions.

- Quote confidently: Prepare accurate scopes and explain pricing, options and value.

- Win the work: Handle objections professionally and secure approval from the right person.

- Follow through: Keep outstanding quotes moving with timely calls, accurate records and clear next steps.

- Deliver quality: Complete neat maintenance work and prepare clear handovers for larger jobs.

- Build relationships: Earn the confidence of homeowners, strata managers, property managers and commercial clients.

Proven sales experience is essential

You’ve sold plumbing maintenance and repair work before, and you can talk us through your results.

You’ll bring:

- A strong hands-on residential maintenance plumbing background.

- Experience servicing strata, real estate and commercial clients.

- A plumbing trade qualification and relevant NSW licence or registration.

- Confidence presenting quotes, discussing pricing and closing work.

- Strong fault-finding skills and pride in compliant, tidy workmanship.

- Good organisation, transparent written communication and accurate job notes.

- Experience using job-management software.

- A current driver’s licence.

You’ll follow an agreed service and sales process, plan your day and maintain a reliable daily and weekly routine for quoting, follow-ups and reviewing opportunities. Every open quote needs a next step.

We’ll agree on targets for conversion, approved revenue, profitability, quote turnaround and customer satisfaction, then review progress together.

We want someone who takes ownership, welcomes feedback and contributes practical ideas.

What’s on offer

- $88,920–$118,560 annual base salary, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated sales ability, based on a 38-hour working week.

- 12% super, paid in addition to your base salary.

- Uncapped commission, with earning and payment terms set out in your commission agreement.
