Our client is a national law firm that works exclusively in family and relationship law, with offices across several states and territories. They are looking for an Associate Family Lawyer to strengthen their Gold Coast team.

About the Position:
You will manage your own family law caseload from the Gold Coast office.
- Property settlements, parenting matters, divorce and binding financial agreements
- Advise clients through sensitive matters with explicit, practical guidance
- Negotiate settlements and prepare matters for mediation or court where needed
- Work with senior lawyers and support staff
What you'll bring to the Role:
- Admitted in Queensland, with a current practising certificate
- 4+ PAE in family law (private practice experience is needed)
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
- Empathy and clear communication with clients in difficult circumstances
- Ability to manage your own files and deadlines & billable hours
