Conveniently based in Artarmon, this position will see you play an important role in delivering exceptional service to our highly valued customers, ensuring they receive their goods correctly, safely and efficiently.

We are looking for someone interested in building a longer-term future with our business. While the initial focus will be on learning and developing robust warehouse skills, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as you demonstrate your capabilities and initiative.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- General warehouse duties including picking and packing orders under FIFO procedures, ensuring accuracy and maintaining bin locations in the inventory system

- Receiving and processing incoming shipments

- Supporting cold-chain logistics activities, including the receipt, storage, packing and dispatch of temperature-sensitive products





- Liaising with our courier partners to track orders and resolve delivery issues

- Communicating with customers and providing solutions to enhance their experience

- Collaborating with our clinical team to connect customers with life-saving products

- Conducting stocktakes and investigating inventory discrepancies

- Maintaining a clean, safe and orderly warehouse environment

- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Computer literacy and strong written and verbal communication skills

- Basic to intermediate Excel skills, with an interest in learning how to use technology to improve workflows

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management

- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to help others

- A strong sense of accountability and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team

- An interest in developing a longer-term career in warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations

Previous warehouse experience or relevant studies in warehousing and supply chain operations would be advantageous but are not essential. We welcome candidates who are starting their careers and are keen to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
