LiHO Shokudo is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Japanese restaurant in Burwood. You will help deliver warm, efficient service while supporting and developing a reliable team.

What you’ll do

Lead daily front-of-house operations and maintain high service standards

Recruit, train, supervise and support team members

Prepare staff rosters and coordinate service coverage

Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally

Monitor stock, ordering, sales and operating costs

Maintain food safety, workplace safety and venue compliance

Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly

What we’re looking for

Experience managing or supervising a restaurant or hospitality team

Strong communication, organisation and customer-service skills





Confidence with rosters, stock control and day-to-day operations

A hands-on, calm approach in a busy service environment

Availability to work a flexible hospitality roster, including evenings and weekends

Japanese restaurant experience is an advantage

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
