Plum Products Australia Pty Ltd – Neutral Bay NSW

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll be the commercial lead for Plum Play Australia, owning the sales strategy and results across all channels. This is a broad, visible role where your decisions shape every part of the business.

Key responsibilities

Owning and delivering the annual sales budget and longer-term growth plan

Setting pricing and promotional strategy across channels

Growing key retail accounts in Australia and New Zealand, and winning new business

Driving range planning and new product opportunities

Leading and developing the Sales team

Occasional travel locally and internationally

About you

A proven track record of growing revenue and managing key retail accounts

Experience leading and inspiring a team

Strong commercial acumen across pricing, promotions and margin

Exceptional presentation, communication and negotiation skills

A high level of organisation and attention to detail

Confidence with data, Microsoft Office and AI tools

A practical,



roll up your sleeves attitude and the ability to work at every level of the business

Experience in toys, sporting and/or consumer goods

Exposure to online marketplaces and ecommerce

Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or a related field
