Allura Partners supports a large ASX-listed healthcare organisation through a major Workday transformation. You will lead testing across Core HCM, Recruitment and Onboarding, and will write and execute tests hands-on while coordinating with leadership and the implementation partner.
The role offers growth into test management as the programme progresses, with robust emphasis on early risk detection, coverage, and clear reporting. Hybrid work with onsite presence three days a week is expected.
