ResourceCo Energy is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Setting and Quality (HSEQ) Manager to join our Hemmant site in QLD. This hands-on, site-based role works with production and maintenance teams to improve safety, environmental compliance and product quality.

You will lead incident investigations, oversee HSEQ systems, coach operational leaders and drive continuous improvement across the site, building a culture of safety and accountability.
