UpGuard seeks a senior designer to own growth-focused website experiences. You’ll design landing pages, UI modules, forms, and CTAs, testing hypotheses tied to explicit metrics. You’ll bring ideas to a five-person growth squad and shape briefs with marketing, SEO, and web developers.

You’ll work within an established design system in Figma, delivering responsive, high‑craft UI and interactive elements. Most work will be web-focused, with opportunities to craft launch pages and interactive demos.
