Council on the Ageing Queensland is seeking an Aged Care Navigator for the Care Finder program in Cairns. The role supports vulnerable older people to access aged care and related services, engaging with diverse communities and coordinating with local providers.

The part-time position (0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours/week) requires knowledge of aged care reform, strong communication, and the ability to work from home or another adaptable location. Training and support are provided.
