Monash Health is seeking registered nurses to join Monash Children’s at Home in Clayton, Melbourne, part time ongoing. Provide high‑quality paediatric nursing care at home, coordinating with families and hospital staff for safe transitions from hospital to home.

You will support newborn/paediatric patients, engage in discharge planning, and contribute to quality improvement while working within a multidisciplinary team.
