MyState Limited is seeking a Customer Communications Lead for an 18-month fixed-term role based in Brisbane or Hobart. You will shape and deliver customer communications during a major business integration and migration, working with senior stakeholders to ensure messaging is explicit, timely and trusted.
In this role you will translate regulatory, legal and operational requirements into customer-friendly messages, manage governance and schedules, and equip frontline teams with the tools they need.
