Talk Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading building contractor to appoint an Assistant Preconstruction Manager for Northamptonshire and surrounding regions. The role is office-based with 1–2 days of remote work, supporting a rapid-growing industrial, distribution and logistics warehouse project portfolio.

The successful candidate will have experience as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B; Coordinator or Preconstruction Manager, with strong communication skills and relevant degree qualifications.
