Busy Bees is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll for about 3,000 employees across Australia from our National Support Centre in Nundah. The role is full-time, with a salary up to $160K plus Super and a hybrid working arrangement.
You will oversee fortnightly payroll, mentor a payroll team of four, ensure compliance with Up-to-date Awards, EBAs and Australian payroll legislation, and drive improvements across payroll systems and processes.
