Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a State Operations Manager to oversee Hobart and Launceston centres with travel to Burnie and Devonport. You will mentor Centre Directors, drive continuous improvement, support current centres, and ensure high standards across all sites.

You will lead teams, manage performance, and collaborate with the Start-Up Officer to open new centres, while maintaining strong family engagement and service quality.
