SMS Group is seeking a Patient Support Officer(s) / Medical Administrator(s) to join our administrative teams at our Earlwood / Sans Souci / Bangor sites. You will be the first point of contact for patients and health professionals, handling appointments, inquiries, billing, data entry, and general admin tasks.

The role may require working across three clinic locations. Candidates should have experience with Best Practice Medical Software and HICAPs, be adaptable with hours (4-5 days, weekends),
