Open Minds is seeking a part-time Peer Worker in Lismore, NSW, to deliver person-centred mental health support within Medicare Mental Health Services. You will draw on your lived experience to connect with diverse individuals, promote recovery, and work within a trauma-informed framework.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, participate in community outreach, and access ongoing career development and employee assistance programs.
