St Vincent’s @ Home in Heathcote, NSW, is hiring a Home Care Scheduler for a full-time, Monday–Friday role within our aged care facility. You will coordinate staff, liaise with care teams and support residents with person-centered care in a welcoming setting.

The successful candidate will have relevant scheduling experience, strong communication and a high level of customer service, plus knowledge of care plans and compliance requirements.
