Position: IT Administrator
Location: Sydney
Work Mode: Onsite – 5 days a week
IT Administrator
Manage and automate IT infrastructure across Windows & Mac
Administer SaaS tools including Zoom, Slack, Adobe, CrowdStrike, NinjaOne & more
Provide expert-level support across Azure, Intune & O365
Own Azure AD design, Group Policy & Endpoint Manager/Intune deployments
Lead system implementations, migrations & process improvements
Deliver senior-level end-user support and training firm‑wide

- 5+ years' experience as an IT Administrator
- Proven track record leading technology projects end‑to‑end
- Solid relationship‑building skills with business stakeholders
- Comfortable working through ambiguity in a fast‑growing environment
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools

Nice to have

- NIST CSF/cyber security exposure
- JAMF/Kandji
- AV solutions (Zoom/Teams Rooms, Neat Bar)

A Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science.
