IDP Education Ltd. is hiring an IELTS Operations Assistant for our Geelong test centre. This casual in office role supports the test centre to ensure outstanding customer service and adherence to IELTS rules and procedures.

You will coordinate with team members, handle customer enquiries, and assist with pre-test, test day and post-test activities to drive efficiency, compliance and satisfaction. Shifts are 2–3 per month (Saturdays).
