CASPA Services Ltd is seeking a Therapeutic Care Worker in Port Macquarie to join our Therapeutic Residential Care Team on a casual/part time basis. The role involves trauma-informed care for children, young people and families, with a focus on developing emotional regulation and social skills.

Training in Coffs Harbour may be required. The position is funded on fixed-term arrangements until 30 June 2027, with potential extension subject to funding.
