Royal Freemasons is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Grade 3) Team Leader to join Centennial Lodge in Melbourne. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will lead by example, support staff development, and oversee care delivery, assessments, documentation, and compliance with aged care standards. This role offers a consistent Monday–Thursday 7:00am–3:00pm roster and opportunities for
