Reo Group in Sydney seeks an inaugural People & Culture Manager to translate priorities into delivery, owning talent and growth from recruitment and onboarding through to exits, and to implement a performance framework across the business.

You will support reward and culture initiatives, deliver engagement surveys and wellbeing programs, and provide leadership pathways for emerging managers, with explicit, actionable headcount and turnover insights for the founders.
