Minor Hotels' Oaks Cairns Hotel is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team on a full time basis. You will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest service, and drive menu innovation in line with brand standards.

You will mentor and inspire the culinary team, manage food cost controls, inventory, and staff development, and collaborate with management on rostering and strategic objectives to deliver outstanding guest
