Rockwell Automation in Hawthorn, Melbourne, is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to join the Remote Support Services (RSS) team. You will provide technical support for Rockwell Automation's hardware and software across controllers, visualization, and industrial networks, helping customers resolve automation challenges.

You'll work in a hybrid workplace, report to the Team Lead, Remote Support Services, and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and other teams.
