Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission in Canberra is seeking an APS6 Service Transition Manager to lead the end-to-end design, governance and continuous improvement of the Service Transition practice within the Digital group.

You will establish policies, processes and cultural initiatives to manage digital data and technology services through their lifecycle, aligning with ITIL to ensure operational teams are prepared to support services. Solid stakeholder collaboration is essential.
