The Personnel Group in Australia is seeking a dedicated Work Mentor to help customers succeed in employment. The role focuses on coaching, relationship-building, and coordinating supports with employers and service partners in the Wagga Wagga region.

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:06pm, with lunch, travel within the region, and occasional flexible schedule to support timely outcomes. Applicants must meet NDIS, Police, and Working with Children checks and hold a valid
