Olympus Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as Dir., Country Head of HR ANZ & Regional HRBP APAC. You will shape workforce strategy, lead the ANZ HR function and partner with regional stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide people initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

You will advise the executive committee and manage a team of HR professionals, delivering talent, organizational design and change programs in a matrix setting to support sustainable growth.
