As Swim School Manager you will take responsibility for the successful operation and ongoing growth of your location. You'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience, developing a high-performing team and ensuring our swim school continues to deliver quality learn-to-swim programs to the community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- driving enrolment growth, customer retention and overall business performance.
- leading, supporting and developing a team of swim instructors and customer service staff
- building solid relationships with families and delivering outstanding customer service
- managing daily operations, staff rostering and resource allocation
- monitoring performance against targets and implementing strategies to achieve results
- maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence
- creating a positive, accountable and supportive team culture
- identifying opportunities to improve the business and strengthen its position in the community

Swim School experience is desirable however we will train the right person. Dedication, personality and passion comes with you to the role.
