Key responsibilities

- Assist clients who need to reschedule appointments
- Scanning, attaching files, faxing reports and other administrative tasks
- Phone clients to confirm appointments
- Receiving in repairs and current hearing devices and assembling devices from the manufacturer
- Assist clients with Bluetooth connection to hearing aid issues
- Clean, check and repair hearing aids for clients
