We're looking for an experienced and reliable kitchen team member to join us at The Odyssey. The Odyssey is a modern Greek casual dining venue serving traditional gyros, fresh Mediterranean salads and quality meats cooked over charcoal.

Key responsibilities

- Cook over charcoal, open flame or commercial grills
- Work in a fast paced, high volume kitchen
- Prepare food with solid food preparation and cooking skills
- Manage multiple orders while maintaining quality and consistency
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Work as part of a team

About you

- Previous experience cooking over charcoal, open flame or commercial grills
- Experience working in rapid paced, high volume kitchens
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills




- Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining quality and consistency
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
